Abstract
An all-cis-1,4-polyisoprene (3.9%) was isolated from the light petrole um extract of the seeds of Curupira tefeensis (Olacaceae). The structu re of the compound was elucidated by IR, H-1- and 13-C-NMR-spectroscop y.
