Abstract
A satellite communication network with a static protocol of random h-i nsistent multiple access with notification about conflict is investiga ted. The area of values of the initial parameters of the network where the phenomena of bistability emerges is determined. Points of the sta bilization of the network are found. An analysis of characteristics of the functioning of the network in the neighborhood of these points is carried out.
