ANALYSIS OF DIFFRACTION DATA IN TERMS OF MOLECULAR-POTENTIAL FUNCTIONS

A survey of the methods developed at Moscow University Electron Diffra ction laboratory for analysing diffraction intensities directly in ter ms of the intramolecular potential function is given. Some development s in the field, particularly a combined treatment of electron diffract ion and various spectroscopic measurements, are summarized.
