Radiative weak decays such as D-0 --> ($) over bar K(0) gamma and D-s
(+) --> rho(+)gamma have been investigated in a relativistic independe
nt quark model. The branching ratios of such decays estimated in a 'st
atic' calculation are found to be Br(D-0 --> ($) over bar K(0) gamma)
= 0.64 x 10(-3), Br(D-s(+) --> rho + gamma) = 0.39 x 10(-4).
