Abstract
A review of atomic-level molecular modeling in chiral chromatography i s given. The focus of this review is on non-brush-like stationary phas es with emphasis on cyclodextrin and cellulosic stationary phases. Mos t of the theoretical papers reviewed invoke regression models to under stand where and how chiral discrimination takes place.
