Abstract
The results of studying the stratospheric ozone vertical distributions by lidar at the lidar station of SPA ''Typhoon'' in Obnihsk from Marc h to June 1992, during November 1993 and January 1994 are presented. T he reconstruction of the ozone vertical profiles has been made by the DIAL-technique at 308 and 353 nm with aerosol influence correction. Da ta for 1992 show decreasing of the ozone concentration in heavy volcan ic aerosol layer. Comparison of total ozone content obtained from lida r data for 1992 with data of Dobson spectrophotometer in Dolgoprudny i s presented. A good agreement between the temporal variations of ozone content measured by both devices is noted with values obtained with l idar being lower.
