Abstract
The influence of the doping state upon the magnetic properties of over doped superconducting TlBa0.8Sr1.2Ca2Cu3O(9-delta) Single crystals has been investigated. The temperature dependence of the in-plane London penetration depth, of the irreversibility line and of the so-called fi shtail effect for different annealing treatments in Ar-H-2 and in oxyg en pressure is fundamentally different from that observed for other ov erdoped cuprates and especially from thallium bilayer cuprates. This r emarkable difference of behavior between thallium monolayer and bilaye r overdoped cuprates is interpreted in terms of crystallographic struc ture and hole-reservoir effects.
