Giant cell tumors of the tendon sheath are usually benign, but their t
endency to recur is well documented. Malignant giant cell tumors are e
xtremely rare and their prognosis is very poor. We report a case of a
''borderline'' giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath and the puzzle in
determining the right therapy.
