Abstract
A scheme of the determination of geometric microstructure by using exp
erimental shape resonance characteristics is proposed. It is based on
the S-matrix pole analysis. The system of square-well potentials as a
model of many-atom systems is used. The application of a regularizatio
n procedure in the case when the number of model parameters exceeds th
e number of experimental characteristics is described.
