Abstract
We have carried out DAFS experiments at the Ir L3-edge to study the lo cal structure of Ir layers in Ir(100)/Fe superlattices. Our findings a gree with the existence of a body centered Fe phase in pseudomorphic r egime. These experiments also give information about Ir-Fe interfaces.
