Abstract
The Raman spectra of the lyophilized complexes between 5,5 diphenylhyd antoin antiserum and some chemicals with different cross-reactivity co efficients have been recorded. The beta sheet structure percentage of the protein decreases as a consequence of the interaction with the cro ss-reactant and the measured decrease is roughly proportional to the c ross-reactivity of the cross-reactant agents.
