Abstract
The influence of temperature and pump power on phonon modes in YBa2Cu3 Ox, (x=6.9, 6.4) was investigated. In YBa2Cu3O6.4 laser-heating: up to 550K results in decrease of linewidth and frequency of the apex oxyge n mode. This result is interpreted as an ordering of chain oxygens.
