Abstract
Photoacoustic and UV-VIS spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility and ele ctron paramagnetic resonance measurements have been performed on soda- phosphate glasses in order to explain the changes in the valence state s of C-r and the structure of the Cr2O3 incorporated in these glasses.
