Abstract
Vibrational Raman optical activity measurements can now provide a weal th of new information about the structure and conformation of biopolym ers in aqueous solution. Typical results are exemplified here for prot eins by bovine serum albumin in H2O and D2O solution, and for polysacc harides by laminarin.
