Abstract
Agglutinins isolated from Rhizobium leguminosarum 252 and 249 interact ed with the wheat and bean root shoots. Bean root proteins interacting with agglutinins of R. leguminosarum 252 were found using SDS polyacr ylamide gel electrophoresis and blot analysis. Immune complexes were d etected with protein A-colloid gold conjugate on nitrocellulose filter s. Agglutinins of R. leguminosarum 252 were shown to interact with lec tins of the wheat and bean roots.
