Abstract
A case of significant progressive pulmonary stenosis in a neonate is d escribed. On fetal echocardiogram, mild pulmonary stenosis with small ventricular septal defect was confirmed, Flow velocities in the pulmon ary artery were mildly increased at 162 cm/s in utero, and did not cha nge (170 cm/s) just after delivery. However, pulmonary artery flow vel ocities were significantly elevated at 430 cm/s on the 29th day of lif e, Significant progress in severity after birth in some pulmonary sten osis is discussed.
