In this work the experimental results of heat capacity are presented f
or superconducting yttrium ceramics YBa2Cu3O7-delta in the temperature
interval 5-300 K. The electron component gamma T was separated in the
normal state (above T-c). For this purpose, the special technique of
data processing had been used which allowed one to extract both the el
ectron component of heat capacity gamma T and the moments of phonon de
nsity of states Theta(2), Theta(4) and some effective moment Theta att
ributed to the phonon spectrum boundary.
