We define an equivalence relation on the set of non-degenerated biline
ar forms over the integers, called algebraic cobordism. We prove that
two simple fibered 2 n - 1 dimensional links with n greater than or eq
ual to 3 are cobordant if and only if their Seifert forms are algebrai
cally cobordant. Furthermore an algebraic link is a simple fibered lin
k. So this classification allows us to study isolated singularities of
complex hypersurfaces up to cobordism.
