Ry. Chen et al., SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF NOVEL NITROGEN-MUSTARD LINKED PHOSPHORYL DIAMIDE DERIVATIVES, Phosphorus, sulfur and silicon and the related elements, 89(1-4), 1994, pp. 89-95
Two series of novel phosphoryl diamide derivatives (3, 4), containing
the nitrogen mustard group were synthesized, and the effects of substi
tuents on the reactivity and the spectral properties are discussed. Al
l the compounds prepared were confirmed by H-1 NMR, IR, MS, P-31 NMR a
nd elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassays indicate that compounds 3
have good antitumor activities, and some of compounds 4 display high
inhibitory activities against the tobacco mosaic virus (TMV).
