Abstract
Two series of novel cu-substituted aminomethyl phosphonates (1) and (2 ) have been synthesized and the reaction conditions are discussed. All the products have been confirmed by H-1 NMR, IR spectra and elemental analysis, and x-ray diffraction. The bioassay showed that some of the compounds inhibit the growth of the leukemia L(1210) cell in vitro.
