Abstract
The flash vacuum thermolysis (650-1000 degrees C) of unsaturated di-t- butylsilyl ether, sulfide, and amine 7-9 gave, upon retro-ene reaction , beta-elimination of isobutene and dehydrogenation, silicon monoxide (4), silicon monosulfide (5), and hydrogen silaisocyanide (6), charact erized in the gas-phase by millimeter wave spectrometry.
