Abstract
A capillary electrophoretic method using an uncoated capillary was dev eloped to resolve potential impurities in FPL 67085XX, a novel phospho nate analogue of adenosine 5'-triphosphate. The effects of buffers, bu ffer concentration, eluent pH and methanol were investigated. Optimum resolution of the impurities was achieved using an eluent consisting o f 7% (v/v) methanol in 25 mM phosphate buffer-2 mM EDTA adjusted to pH 6.6.
