HAIRY ROOT CULTURES OF DATURA-INNOXIA MIL L IN BIOREACTOR - COMPARISON OF 3 BIOREACTOR TYPES

The different culture technics in a bioreactor of Solanaceae transform ed roots now described in the literature, require material supports to get an important growth. The described culture process eliminates the se supports and allows roots to collect and to locate themselves at th e 2/3 out of the culture media, thus assuring an important vegetal bio mass and a considerable synthesis of the secondary metabolites.
