The observed stochastical disturbances occur frequently in temperature
control systems composed of plate heat exchanger which is widely used
in brewing industry. In reference to this disturbances the heat flow
equivalent is widely introduced and the plate heat exchanger temperatu
re computer control system with the real-time disturbance compensation
is designed. Hereby the related control parameters are detected on-li
ne and the incompletely differential PID is adopted as control algorit
hm. The results of computer emulations show clearly that the new desig
ned method can completely compensate the real-time disturbances and ha
s therefore higher applied value in chemical industry and light indust
ry.
