Abstract
We examine the two-loop radiative corrections in non-Abelian Chern-Sim ons theory using operator regularization. With this technique, no regu lating parameters are introduced into the initial action; consequently , epsilon(alpha beta gamma) is unambiguously defined, circumventing a major difficulty encountered when using dimensional regularization. By employing the DeWitt expansion of off-diagonal matrix elements occurr ing in the regulated two-loop generating functional, it is shown that the beta function is zero at two-loop order.
