Abstract
The authors report the clinical, serological and neuroradiological res ults of a study about 23 cases of cerebral toxoplasmosis in the Teachi ng Hospital of Lome. Response to antitoxoplasmic treatment was rapidly favourable with all patients. Cerebral toxoplasmosis was the inaugura l manifestation of AIDS in 20 of the 23 patients.
