Abstract
The development and applications of unified chromatography (gas, super critical fluid, and liquid chromatography in a single instrument) are reviewed. The principles, systems, and detectors of unified chromatogr aphy are discussed, describing the efforts which have been made in thi s approach to chromatography since the 1980s.
