Abstract
Miniature high pressure cells made from nonmagnetic materials were dev eloped for studies in high magnetic fields at low temperatures. The pi ston-cylinder, diamond anvil and sapphire cells operate up to the high est pressures available for each class of cell. The hydrostatic cells are used both for transport and optical studies.
