We found a cyclotron resonance signal in an intentionally undoped GaAs
/AlGaAs quantum well structure, using a FIR laser and a Fourier transf
orm spectrometer. The concentration of the electron gas is varied by i
llumination with an Ar laser between 10(10) and 3 x 10(10) cm(-2). We
observe the deviation from linear behavior omega(B) generally assigned
to localization. The dependence of the localization parameter and the
cyclotron mobility on temperature and illumination is discussed.
