The inclusion of finite size effects in a single temperature Maxwell-B
oltzmann, which inspired model calculation of p(T) distributions of h(
-) and proton spectra, leads to an enhancement at low values of p(T).
In the case of h(-) spectra this increase is consistent with the recen
t measurements of S+S at 200 GeV/c per nucleon. The calculated increas
e at low values of p(T) in the proton spectra occurs at small values o
f the transverse kinetic energy which are not accessible in the recent
experimental results.
