Abstract
Associated vascular injuries after external fixation of the tibia are rarely encountered. We report a case of impingement of the anterior ti bial artery after application of an external fixator. The extrinsic co mpression disappeared after pin removal. Proper technique of pin place ment is re-emphasized.
