The composition dependence of the glass transition temperature Tg was
studied using differential scanning calorimetry for three different ty
pes of binary mixtures. The fit of the Tg curves versus composition wi
th equilibrium thermodynamic equations has led to good agreement betwe
en experimental and theoretical curves. This surprising result was dis
cussed in terms of molecular organizations in the glassy state.
