Abstract
Granulomatous inflammation of the pituitary and pituitary abscesses ar e rare entities. These conditions are found even more rarely in the pe diatric aged population, We report a case of a radiographic and clinic al, sterile pituitary abscess,vith non-caseating granulomatous inflamm ation in a girl who presented with hypopituitarism, meningeal irritati on, and symptoms of pituitary apoplexy.
