Abstract
Four new platinum compounds containing different pyrrolidines as ligan ds are reported. In vitro tests show damage to bacterial DNA and parti cipation of RecA protein in the repair system. In vitro tests using le ukemia L1210 cells show growth inhibition by the new compounds within the range of cisplatin and carboplatin. in vivo tests using leukemia L 1210 cells on male BDF1 show that these compounds are significantly ac tive.
