Abstract
Energy and spectral characteristics of pulse dye and ruby lasers conta ining an additional element providing rapid change of a resonator opti cal base are experimentally investigated. It is shown that rapid chang e of a resonator base due to nonlinear and thermal processes in an act ive medium can influence on mentioned characteristics. The additional element may be used to improve generation parameters.
