Abstract
The luminescence saturation behavior of a single molecule whose resona nce frequency is affected by a spectral diffusion has been analyzed. O n the basis of the analysis a simple way of the separate determination of the diffusive spectral line broadening and a ''homogeneous'' linew idth (due to fast dephasing processes) of a single molecule has been p roposed.
