Abstract
The paper investigates the synthesis of polyesters by nucleophilic sub stitution of chlorine in 3,3-bis(chloromethyl)-oxetane bg potassium te rephthalate. The obtained products contain the oxetane unit in tile ch ain anti show anisotropic properties in the molten state.
