Abstract
This paper presents the design, realization and performance of a six-p ort network analyzer in W frequency band (75-110 GHz). Schottky diodes operating in AC detection mode ai-e used as power detectors. A new ca libration method taking into consideration the imperfection components of the system, especially the flexible waveguide and the couplers is described. Finally, a comparison between experimental results performe d with the six-port network analyzer and other measurement systems ava ilable in the W-band ar-e presented.
