Abstract
TPR, CO-FTIR and Xe-129 NMR spectroscopic techniques were used to meas ure the distribution of platinum species after the calcination of Pt/L and Pt/beta zeolites. Autoreduction which occurred in Pt/beta zeolite was avoided in the channel of L zeolite. Pt particles dispersed well and exhibited excellent reactivity for the aromatization of n-hexane i n L zeolite.
