Abstract
On the example of studies of the Tunguska 1908 explosion was shown tha t besides formation of crater and ejection of dust in the atmosphere t he many others extraordinary phenomena (including genetic) may be caus ed by collision the Earth with small asteroid or comet. A Complex Scie ntific International Program for studies of the Ecological Consequence s of a Collision of the Earth with the Solar System Small Bodies is of fered by authors taking into account the results of 36th years of inve stigation of Tunguska Event.
