Abstract
Generation of electrostatic fluctuations by streaming electrons in a u niform magnetoplasma containing hot ions is considered. It is shown th at nonthermal fluctuations can cause anomalous transport. The result c an have relevance to tokamak transport in the presence of alpha partic les.
