The far infrared observations of the quiescent counterparts to the Sof
t Gamma-Ray Repeaters SGR 1806-20 and SGR 1900+14 indicate that these
sources contain both point source and extended components. We observed
them at 85 GHz using the Berkeley-Illinois-Maryland Array, and found
that; neither of them had detectable point source emission. These resu
lts are consistent with other millimeter and submillimeter upper limit
s, suggesting that the bright far infrared point source emission is fr
om dust. The point source upper limit for SGR 1806-20 is not inconsist
ent with the observation of a point-like ''core'' to the radio nebula.
