Abstract
Double ratios involving (Li-6, Li-7, He-3, He-4) and (Li-7, Li-8, He-3 , He-4) isotope yields have been used to extract nuclear temperatures for the Ar-36+Au-197 systems at E/A = 35 MeV. After correcting for seq uential decays, these isotope temperatures are compared to correspondi ng temperatures obtained from excited state populations measured in th e same experiment. Within experimental uncertainties, both techniques yield similar results.
