Abstract
The 27 species of Encarsia (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae) occurring in Nor th America (including Mexico) and attacking whiteflies (Homoptera: Ale yrodidae) are treated. Each species is keyed and illustrated. A separa te diagnosis, list of hosts, and summary of distribution are provided.
