DENSITIES AND REFRACTIVE-INDEXES FOR ACETONE PLUS METHANOL PLUS 1-PROPANOL AT 298.15 K

Densities and refractive indices at 298.15 K for acetone + methanol 1-propanol and the binary acetone + 1-propanol and methanol + 1-propan ol mixtures have been measured as a function of the mole fraction at a tmospheric pressure. Parameters of analytical expressions which repres ent the composition dependences of physical properties and excess valu es are reported. The refractive index results are compared with estima tion methods. The excess properties for the ternary mixture are compar ed with those estimated on the basis of binary property contributions.
