Abstract
The clinical and pharmacologic differential diagnosis of anisocoria is described. Besides common disorders (simple anisocoria, Horner's synd rome, oculomotor nerve palsy) some rare conditions (Pourfour du petit syndrome, Argyll-Robertson pupil) are delineated.
