Abstract
We report a patient who developed sustained psychogenic seizures after undergoing a provocative technique (PT) for the diagnosis of psychoge nic seizures. Because patients are at risk for severe agitation with P T, these diagnostic maneuvers should be used selectively, and the clin ician should be prepared to deal with this complication.
