Abstract
The H-theorem and the asymptotic behavior for the Vlasov-Poisson-Fokke r-Planck system are found. On bounded domains, boundary conditions def ined by a scattering kernel are considered. The distribution function evolves to a Maxwellian solving the Poisson-Boltzmann-Emden equation w ith Dirichlet or Neumann boundary conditions.
