Abstract
Treatment with clarithromycin plus rifabutin in children with nontuber culous mycobacterial lymphadenitis was associated with resolution of c hronic sinus formation and discharge after incomplete excision in five of five cases, and involution of the enlarged lymph nodes in two of t hree cases treated without surgery.
