Abstract
A series of experiments was carried out to investigate which of the M( x)O(y) type (x,y = 1, 2, 3) oxide species (clusters) are formed by the various Group III elements. A correlation has been found between the propensity to forming the above oxides and the secondary (vertical) ch ange in the chemical behaviour of the elements in question.
